With over 18 years' experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Manager Operational Development, Business Development Executive, Senior Estimator, Bid Manager, Foreman and Boilermaker, Blair has worked in diverse industries and settings.

After completing a Boiler making apprenticeship, Blair quickly displayed a strong commitment to high quality and safety, with a specific focus on continuous improvement. This led to his increasing exposure to commercial environments. Blair has a proven commercial acumen built from the ground up, having transitioned a business successfully with revenues of $2m into a fully compliant SMP constructor in the mining industry with revenues of over $200m.

With over 20 years' experience in the mining, earthmoving, logistics, civil construction and infrastructure industries, Andrew has successfully owned and operated his corporate entity in the highly competitive earthmoving and trucking industry during the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) in 2008. Andrew is a highly motivated and inspired individual who is passionate about business.

Formalizing his extensive business experience, Andrew completed a Bachelor of Business in 2016, majoring in human performance, business management, and leadership. Andrew has undertaken additional qualifications of a Diploma in Project Management and a Diploma of Work Place Health and Safety.

With his clear understanding of the key success factors in a dynamic and competitive business, Andrew has a clear strategic vision and plan to ensure that Fluid & Earth Concrete & Civil Construction achieves all its ambitions.
